However, viewing a gap in execution of the programmes, and lack of motivation and vision, She along with social activist with strong hard core ground level experience and support of likeminded professionals, developed a well-planned integrated village development model that shall enable carry-out social activities most effectively. With her strong vision, robust social connections, ability to devise effective plans and dedication She ensures that the funds are effectively utilised such that the entire benefit actually reaches the rural population.
Mr Raja Gandhi
He has extensive experience at the ground level/ village level charitable initiatives and monitors logistics and progress of programs.
Mr Pramod Patle
He is B.COM/M. A/M.S. W and has been actively involved in the rural development sector since last 8 years and is one of the key person responsible for management execution and monitoring of all educational initiatives at the rural level.
Abadha also has a dedicated and socially motivated team with enough experience in various verticals of social service who work across all spectrum of the society for a holistic development. The team not only ensures that the fund reaches appropriate individuals but also keeps a regular track of progress and takes necessary actions in case of any discrepancies.
