Abadha Narya Vikas is a key sub-program under Abadha Gram Vikas, focused on empowering rural women. Recognizing that women, especially in villages, face deep-rooted inequality and lack of awareness, we conduct awareness camps and have reached over 1.5 lakh women across 300+ villages. But awareness alone isn’t enough. To ensure real empowerment, we offer skill development programs like fashion design and beauty parlour training to help women become financially independent. Currently, 90–95% of our foundation’s workforce is women, and from 2025, we aim to become a 100% women-led initiative building stronger communities through women’s leadership.
